Community Circles
A Space to Gather, Reflect & Be Seen

Community Circles are monthly, live online gatherings designed to create meaningful connection in a time of increasing isolation and polarization.

We believe that while digital spaces help us find one another, they cannot replace the depth and accountability of shared presence.

These circles are intentional containers where we slow down, speak honestly, and listen generously. Through shared reflection and facilitated dialogue, we remember that we are not alone in our experiences.

Relationships: The Tension Between Self and Other
We live in a time that constantly tells us:
“Protect your peace.”
“Choose yourself.”
“Set boundaries.”

And yet we are wired for connection. We long to belong, to be accepted, to be in relationship with one another.
How do we navigate this tension?

Leadership Development: Shifting Leadership Paradigms
What does leadership look like beyond hierarchy and control?
We explore collaborative, heart-centered, and systems-aware approaches to leadership, whether in organizations, activism, families, or communities.

Navigating Transitions: Sitting in the “Not Knowing”
Feeling lost can be disorienting, but it can also be fertile ground.
This group supports those in career shifts, relationship changes, identity transitions, or existential questioning.
How do we build trust with life’s unfolding instead of reaching for control?

Antiracism Facilitators
Antiracism is a growing yet continuously polemic field. Facilitators are at the forefront of this struggle.
Understanding that racism costs lives while holding people’s hands through their process is not easy.
Join our circle to find community among other facilitators and to create a space to decompress and find aligned solutions together.

How It Works
We host 90-minute sessions every Saturday from 11:00am to 1:00pm EST, each centered around a theme to guide the conversation. Each theme will be offered once per month.
Themes serve as invitations, not rigid agendas. The wisdom in the room shapes the depth and direction of each gathering.
Each circle will include some or all of these elements:
-
A short grounding practice
-
Introductions & check-in
-
Reflection questions connected to the theme
-
Open dialogue
-
Resource exchange (books, tools, practices, media)
-
Closing insights & integration
What You Can Expect
-
A trauma-informed and facilitated space
-
Honest, non-judgmental conversation
-
Accountability balanced with compassion
-
Focus on process over perfection
-
Exchange of tools & perspectives
You will hopefully leave feeling lighter and more connected through the experience of having been witnessed.
Please bring a journal, water, and a curious heart.
Community Agreements

To help create a meaningful experience for everyone, we invite participants to hold a few simple agreements:

• Speak from your own experience
• Listen with curiosity rather than debate
• Respect confidentiality
• Allow space for many voices
• Stay open to perspectives different from your own

These circles are not debates or workshops. They are reflective spaces centered on listening, curiosity, and shared learning.

Is it Free to Join?

Some form of exchange is suggested, and all amounts are received with gratitude, but please don’t let money be a barrier to joining!
We suggest a donation of $10.

The group for anti-racism facilitators is entirely free.
How To Join
To attend our circles, please join our mailing list.
Each week, we send out information about the upcoming circle, and spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to mailing list subscribers. Make sure to mark info@threesisterscoaching.com as safe.

Circles are intentionally kept small (8–12 participants) so everyone has space to speak and be heard.
